Value Chain Stage: Home & Interiors

All textile products that are used within the home (i.e., bedsheets, mattress pads, towels, blankets, tablecloths).  Surface treatments within homes or commercial buildings (i.e., carpet, drapes, curtains, upholstery, wall coverings) are referred to as interior textiles. When these products are used in public places or commercial buildings, they are often referred to as 'institutional or contract' home & interior textiles (see distribution channels).
